A 25-year Track Record
Founded in 2002 within a banking group, Sparring Capital quickly gained independence and raised several equity investment funds from leading French and international investors. In 2015, the company’s capital was sold to the current management team.
In 2021, Sparring Capital acquired a management company, which was rebranded as Sparring Opportunities,* and which is now responsible for managing thematic funds primarily aimed at a sophisticated private clientele (HNWI, family offices) as well as institutional investors.
Since its inception, Sparring Capital has invested in over seventy companies and completed more than 80 external growth transactions.**
